How Much Coffee Does Your Office Need?

Not sure where to start? As a rough guide, we estimate around 2 cups of coffee per person, per working day.

Every workplace is different, but based on around two 300ml coffees per person, per working day, these estimates should help you choose the right office coffee subscription.

  • 1-5 people – 1kg per Week - 60 cups
  • 5-10 people – 2kg per Week - 240 cups
  • 10-20 people – 4kg per week - 180 cups
  • 20–30 people – 6kg per week - 240 cups
  • 40–50 people – 8kg per week - 480 cups

If you're unsure, don't worry. Every Freda subscription is flexible, so you can pause, skip, increase or decrease your deliveries whenever your team's coffee habits change.

How often can we receive coffee?

Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly deliveries. You can change your schedule whenever you need.

Can we change which coffee we receive?

Absolutely. You're free to swap between coffees, try seasonal single origins or stick with your office favourite.

Can we pause our subscription?

Yes. Going on holiday? Closing the office over Christmas? Simply pause or skip deliveries from your account.

Do you offer whole beans and ground coffee?

Yes. We can supply whole beans or grind your coffee for espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, filter brewers, cafetières and most other brewing methods.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts or tie-ins. You stay because you enjoy the coffee, not because you're locked into an agreement.

Can we order larger quantities?

Absolutely. If your office needs more than 6kg per delivery, or you'd like a tailored wholesale solution, we'd be delighted to help.

Do you supply coffee equipment?

Yes. We can recommend brewing equipment, grinders and accessories to suit your office and help you get the best from your coffee.
