Welcome to Freda Coffee Ltd. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

Freda Coffee Ltd is an independent small-batch coffee roastery based in the United Kingdom.

All coffee is roasted to order and sold via our website for direct-to-consumer and wholesale customers.

2. Use of This Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• You will not use this website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to update or modify the website content at any time.

3. Products

All products are subject to availability.

Coffee is a natural product and flavour profiles may vary slightly from batch to batch due to seasonality and origin changes.

We make every effort to describe our coffees accurately, but tasting notes are provided as guidance rather than guarantees.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not yet constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed once your order has been roasted, packed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made at the time of ordering via the payment methods provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to roast and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened bags cannot be returned.

8. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be paused, amended or cancelled before the next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been roasted and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is the property of Freda Specialty Coffee Roaster and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or business
• Delays outside of our control

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
