Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all subscription and recurring purchase options offered by Freda Coffee Ltd.
Subscription Cancellations
You may pause, amend or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal.
To avoid being charged for your next order, changes must be made before your next billing date. Once payment has been processed, the upcoming order will be prepared for roasting and cannot be cancelled.
After Roasting and Dispatch
All subscription coffees are roasted fresh to order. Once a subscription order has been roasted and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process payment again. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
